Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Missing components

  • Once approved, the item must be returned to our team for verification before processing.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Important: Returns will not be accepted for 9V ABot alkaline battery issues, as these are third-party products.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
