These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TechExplorers website and participation in our programs, workshops, and services.

By accessing our website or registering for any TechExplorers program, you agree to these Terms.

1. About TechExplorers

TechExplorers provides education programs and enablement services for schools, teachers, and educators, including:

• Coding programs for students

• Robotics and STEM programs

• Teacher training and professional development

• School digital enablement services

• Competition preparation programs

2. Program Information

• Program descriptions, schedules, and formats on our website are indicative and may change.

• Final details will be confirmed via official communication or agreement with the school or participant.

• Participation in programs may be subject to minimum or maximum enrollment.

3. Payments and Fees

• Fees for public workshops, teacher programs, or events must be paid as specified during registration.

• School-based programs are implemented based on agreement with the school.

• Prices, inclusions, and timelines may vary depending on the school’s requirements.

4. School-Based Programs

• Many TechExplorers programs are delivered through schools and may be bundled into tuition or enrichment fees.

• TechExplorers supports schools in structuring program implementation but does not control school billing policies.

5. Avishkaar League Internationals and Competitions

• TechExplorers provides kits, training, and preparation support for school teams.

• The competition itself is organized by Avishkaar and its partners.

• Event logistics, rules, judging, travel, and participation requirements are governed by the official competition organizers.

• TechExplorers is not responsible for decisions made by competition organizers.

• Registration Fees and Refunds — PRAC 2026

  1. The PRAC 2026 registration fee of ₱500 is a one-time, non-refundable fee. By completing payment, the registrant confirms that they have read and accepted this policy.

  2. The fee covers access to the Avishkaar online training platform and entry to the PRAC 2026 Online Qualifier. Platform access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because this access is delivered in full at the point of purchase, the registration fee is not refundable once payment is confirmed. This includes, without limitation, cases where the participant does not begin or complete the online training, does not attempt the Online Qualifier within the 24–30 November 2026 window, withdraws, is unavailable during that window, or does not achieve the minimum qualifying score.

  3. Registration is for the named participant and is not transferable to another individual.

  4. Where a registration fee is charged more than once in error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full. Failed payments are not charged and create no registration.

  5. If Tech Explorers cancels the PRAC 2026 Online Qualifier entirely and does not offer rescheduled dates, registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. If the Online Qualifier is rescheduled, existing registrations carry over to the new dates and no refund is due.

  6. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of TechExplorers or its partners unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce or distribute content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TechExplorers is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Disruptions due to events beyond our control

• Decisions made by schools, third-party partners, or event organizers

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
